Traveling to San Jose from my hometown – which I am briefly visiting between spring and summer semesters – is a good 4 to 4:30 hour trip along some of the most boring highway this side of the Trans-Siberian Railroad. Not to mention the fact that there was about a 30mph headwind which all but destroyed any hopes of good gas mileage on the way….
