Updates May Abound…

Well, one of my classes is finally winding down and will be over with tmrw, so yay on that front.  Connected with that will be my ability to once again actually start updating this more often than once a week.  Glad that it looks like you guys are enjoying the Shoujo Sect stuff.  I’m still waiting for a group to pick up ZKC again .  I think what I may do is do another Gratuitous post here in the near future so look forward to that as I try to figure out what to do next ^_^.

Shoujo Sect Update #2

Well, a newer bigger version of the first OVA has been uploaded.  It’s 3.58GB and its a torrent sooo expect this one to take awhile if you don’t have an awesome connection.  But, I can only imagine the quality will be through the roof so go take a look!

(I’m currently downloading it, so once I’ve got it down I’ll let you know what it’s like in terms of quality and such)

Shoujo Sect Is Out!!

Rejoice and enjoy!  Shoujo Sect is now out, albeit in non-subbed form.  Personally I think I’m going to wait until I see a group release a sub’d version which in all actuality doesn’t seem like it will take that long considering the vast amount of interest for this title.  But for those who can’t wait and need their lovin now, go get it and check it out!

Zettai Karen Children Manga Ch. 1-2

Apparently, unbeknownst to me because I’m lazy, Zettai Karen Children was created in 2003 by Takashi Shiina who runs Weekly Shonen Sunday and also created Ghost Sweeper Mikami.  ZKC has been a weekly series in WSS since 2005 and was only then made into an anime in 2008.  I figured, since the anime isn’t currently available for us unwashed barbarians who don’t read/speak japanese, I thought I would check out the manga.  I noticed it was being translated through Tokyo Toshokan and headed on over to Mangatraders to download it.

16-Bit Hero

My friend (ZeBigDaddy), from way back, has just launched a new Gaming News / Webcomic site called 16-Bit Hero that everyone should be checking out.  Let me tell you, the boy is hi-lar-ious.  So yeah, check out da site.

Bah….

I have a bunch of posts that are swirling around in my head, unfortunately, time is not on my side .  As I have mentioned before I’m a full-time student getting a master’s degree.  Despite that, I was offered a part-time job working as a kind of researcher.  That starts tmrw and since its getting closer to August, some of my schoolwork is coming due.  This doesn’t include my attempts to get Ph.D. application material ready too.  As can be imagined, I’m fairly busy on daily basis.  Despite this I will update and throw down a couple posts later this week, I just need to get ahead on some things first.  Bah, I enjoy things much more if I could just post on every interesting thing that comes my way .  Things will pick up eventually (especially in August) but for now, please bare with the occasional slow downs, plus I’m still getting the hang of this whole blogging thing, ha.

P.S.  Why is the Summer anime season so crappy and useless?  And, where is my fansub’d Zettai Karen Children?? I cry out in my sleep everynight…. Until we get more, those who are interested should start watching Kamen No Maid Guy if you haven’t already.  You’ll thank me later….

…in the English language (even though they’re not of English origin ) are most definitely Loli and Yuri and when you put them together the world leaps for joy. In preparation for the upcoming release of Shoujo Sect, (and becuase of the lack of Zettai releases ) its time to explore this world…
