Rejoice! It would appear that Shoujo Sect ep3 is available as I just found it on Usenet. When a torrent link surfaces, rest assured, a link will be provided.
Update: Curiously, there is still no torrent link available 
so I am toying with the idea of uploading it somewhere soon. Check back occasionally as I will decide on uploading unless a torrent link surfaces.
